contact the call centre at any time of the day and request your Smart
card without having to visit the branch in person.
To request your Smart Card follow the steps given below:

(MCB).
The call centre agent will validate your identity.
After verification the agent will take your request
for Smart card.
Your card will be available for collection from
your respective branch after 7 working days.
Please visit the branch to collect your MCB Smart
Card.
