simple steps:

| Step I: |
Insert your card into the ATM and enter your PIN. |
| Step 2: |
Select -"Bills Payment". |
| Step 3: |
Select Utility type -"Telephone Bill" or "Gas Bill". |
| Step 4: |
Select Consumer Type -"Registered" or "Un- registered". |
| Step 4a: |
If you are Un-registered, select and enter Consumer No. (Gas Bill) or Consumer I.D (Telephone Bill). |
| Step 5: |
Bill amount will be shown, re-enter the amount (Telephone Bill). |
| Step 5a: |
Enter the bill amount or the amount you wish to pay (Gas Bill). |
| Step 6: |
Collect your card and confirmation slip. |

Select -"Bill Payments". |

Select -"Service Provider". |

If you are Un-registered, then enter your 7 -digit Mobile No. |
| Step 6: |
Enter the bill amount. |
| Step 7: |
Re-enter the amount you wish to pay. |
| Step 8: |
Collect your card and confirmation slip. |

Select -"Bills Payment". |

Select Utility type -"Pre-paid Mobile Card". |

Select -"Service Provider". |

Select -"Recharge Amount". |
| Step 6: |
Select Consumer Type "Registered" or "Un-registered" , (If you are Un-registered, then enter your 7 -digit Mobile No.). |

Reconfirm your mobile number and the recharge amount. |
| Step 8: |
Collect you card and confirmation slip. |
