Change of SNGPL’s  Consumer Numbers
 
Implementation of new Consumer numbers by SNGPL

With the Implementation of new consumer numbers by Sui Northern Gas Pipelines (SNGPL); your old 11 digit Consumer Number has now been replaced with a new 11 digit Consumer Number. Current printed SNGPL bills that you will / have received in the month of Dec 2009 will reflect both the old as well as the new Consumer Number.

In order to pay your SNGPL bill via MCB’s Self Service Channels please follow the steps mentioned below:
 
Payment through MCB Virtual Banking:
Please delete your old SNGPL consumer number and re-register the new number reflecting on your
current SNGPL bill before attempting to pay your monthly bill.
 
Old Consumer Number Bill Deletion Procedure:
 

Login to MCB Internet Banking.

   

Go to Managing Services menu & select Maintain Services.

   

Select Maintain Billing Details option, select the concerned SNGPL Bill which you want to delete & click on the bill no.

 

The concerned billing details will be displayed in front of you, Press the DELETE button & confirm deletion by clicking submit.

   

A confirmation message will be displayed on the screen and after that you need to register your bill again with the new SNGPL consumer number.

 
 
New Consumer Number Bill Registration Procedure:
 

Go to Managing Services menu & select Maintain Services.

   

Go to Maintain Billing Details option, select SNGPL as Billing Institution, click Next

   

In the Bill Number field, enter the new SNGPL 11 digit Consumer Number which is mentioned on your current printed PTCL Bill.

 

In Bill Alias (Bill Name) field provide name to your bill e.g. SNGPL Home Bill, SNGPL Office Bill etc.

   
In the Subscriber name field, enter the name of the person, to whom the SNGPL bill is issued.
   
After registering your SNGPL Bill,
   

Please go to the Payment / Transfer menu.

   

Click on the Bills Payment option.

   

Select your newly registered SNGPL Bill for payment.

 

Click on the Bill Number, verify the billing details and press the submit button.

   

You’ll receive the payment confirmation via email & SMS.

Payment through MCB ATMs:
 

For payment through MCB ATMs, registered customers are advised to un-register the old SNGPL consumer number first and re-register the new number by selecting the option Service Request and then Bill Registration / Un-registration available at MCB ATMs; where as unregistered customers can directly enter the new 11 digits SNGPL Consumer Number for payment of gas bills.

 
Payment through MCB Mobile Banking and MCB Call Centre:
 
Customers are advised to enter / provide the new SNGPL 11 digits consumer number as reflected on their current printed SNGPL bills for payment of their gas bills.
