What is my ID and password for log-in?

They are unique secret words/characters to each user to ensure confidentiality. You need both of them to log-in.

No, your MCB Virtual Internet Banking ID and password are unique to the MCB Virtual Internet Banking service.

What happens when my ID is invalid / What should I do if I have forgotten my UserID/password?

For added security, we protect your Virtual Internet Banking access by tracking the number of login attempts. After three unsuccessful attempts we will disable your online access.

Also a session time-out feature is enabled in the system which ends your session automatically if your Virtual Internet Banking session remains idle for 8 minutes. This is done to protect your accounts from unauthorized access, if your PC is left unattended.

Yes, you may change your password, using the 'My Services-Change Password' service, anytime to ensure security.

If you suspect that your password has been stolen or exposed to others, please change your password immediately. Choose 'My Services' and change your password online.
