Khasra Girdawari/Field Book Copy/Deh Farm VIII-A/Land Revenue Tax Receipt of last Crop in case of farm Loans (as applicable)
2 photographs of the borrower  
Valid Lease/Tenancy Agreement of agricultural land being cultivated/use for agricultural purpose.(In case applicant is cultivating leased land other than owned land.)
Financial Reports – conditional (where required)
Feasibility Reports (in case of project financing)
Any other relevant document, if required.
