JOB Description

Responsible for develop business support plans by coordinating with all business areas. Cross functional coordination for new business development and digital banking program implementation across the board. Provide support in new products initiatives, competition scans and business uptake.

Identify new business opportunities by initiating different product analysis, completion scan and data analysis to support in achieving business goals.

Training need identification related to Banking product knowledge, regulatory compliance and business techniques.

Implementation of new business tools and technologies, customer relation management system on entire business network to enhance efficiency

Cross Functional special projects implementation (Projects including BRD reviews, system testing, activities planning etc) on entire Retail Network to support business and offering new products to customers.

5 Coordinate with all business areas for new business need identification, required analytics and implementing new product initiatives 20%

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent writing and analytical skills
  • Business Management and automation
  • Retail Process Transformation
  • Relevant retail product knowledge
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience Profile

  • Graduation / Masters
  • 3-4 Years of business support, product, project and digital transformation

Behavioral Competencies

  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail, multi-tasking, time management, and adaptability
  • Hardworking, self-starter, able to set own priorities
