JOB Description

Manage day to day activities of Green Banking Office to comply with Green Banking Policy/SOP, Green Banking Guidelines (GBG) and related instructions issued by SBP from time to time.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1	Provide support in development, amendments and review & approvals of Green Banking policy and related SOPs.	15%
2	Act as a single point of contact for all relevant groups/departments to implement Green Banking Policy/SOP matters.	10%
3	Prepare bank wide consolidated status on Green Banking initiatives/activities for onwards reporting to SBP (As and when required). Also, prepare updates for Senior Management.	10%
4	Prepare/Update Green Banking training content for class room and e-learning	10%
5	Conducts training sessions on Green Banking in coordination with Learning and Development Division.	10%
6	Review and consolidation of feedback on different documents received time to time from regulatory authorities.	10%
7	Create Bank wide awareness on Green Banking Policy & SOP. Prepare/ reinforce artworks for staff/customer awareness.	10%
8	Prepare annual Green Awareness Campaign to commemorate the annual Environmental Days.	10%
9	Coordinate with environmental related third parties to seek proposals for improving green banking activities.	10%
10	Complete department/division level assignments as assigned.	05%

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge & Skills	Bachelor’s Degree/ Environmental Sciences or Engineering or equivalent professional qualification. Sound knowledge of computer skills. Knowledge of handling/coordinating as a key team player.
Experience Profile	3-4 years of experience in similar position.
Behavioral Competencies	Good Presentation skills. Strong Interpersonal skills. Good Analytical and Communication skills.
