Officer– InterBank Digital Transactions Settlements

OG III	InterBank & Digital Payment Operations Department	Manager Settlement - InterBank Digital Transactions Settlements	One

Experience & Skills

Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in settlement related areas

Knowledge and Skills

Basic knowhow of Accounting and Digital Banking transactions operational processes

Behavioral Competencies

Adequate communication, problem solving and relationship building skills. Proficiency in MS office specially in MS Excel

Responsibilities

Ensure that all BAU related reports recevied from 1Link and extracted from KM / Controller to complete settlement processes within due time.
Compare Switch, Controller and Host reports to identify the exceptional transactions for further handling either post reversal / credit in customer accounts / payback to member banks etc.
Ensure that settlement related queries received from 1LINK member banks are resolved within 03 working days or in specific time after proper validation.
Responsible to maintain relevant MIS and report the same to concerns as and when required.

Graduate from recognized universities
