Designing and then effectively executing a business strategy to run a Privilege branch in a highly profitable way: meeting the monthly, quarterly and annual budget. |

Actively soliciting new clients and relationships to grow the branch balance sheet and deposits. Focusing on current accounts, followed by saving accounts & fixed deposits. |

Focusing on deepening existing relationships through service excellence, upsell, and cross sell to enhance client-stickiness and client-engagement. |

Driving Privilege Banking branch as a one-stop-shop bank for a client’s all financial needs: personal (consumer/banca/investments), commercial, corporate banking. |

Being a role model for the team with respect to new sales (client field calling), relationship management (listening & understanding client needs), & service excellence (solution focused). |

Reviewing internal processes and procedures for continuous improvement to simplify and ease out client service delivery. |

Owning the exterior and interior physical space of the branch setting industry standards for cleanliness, friendliness, and welcoming environment. |

Diligently enforcing bank’s/regulatory (i) ‘know your customer’ policies, (ii) anti-money laundering policies, and (iii) delivering robust controls. |

Knowledge & Skills |
Graduate from a recognized university (preferably Masters in Business / Related Subject) |

Experience Profile |
Min 3 years of experience as a branch manager (a professional with exceptional performance in banking may also be considered) |
