Building and preserving trusting relationships with banking clients. Outperforming competition day in day out to create MCB brand loyalty and thus enhance financial results

Creating and implementing plan to deliver world class client experience to MCB Privilege account holders.

Developing and delivering an effective sales strategy to grow Privilege branch’s current account and saving accounts book.

Understanding and constantly scanning the branch business location / area for effective client prospecting within 3 km radius of the branch.

Serving assigned client portfolio in a distinguished way to cultivate and deepen Privilege banking relationships for the long term.

Partnering with the Branch Manager to ensure that Privilege banking branch becomes the one-stop-shop for its clients’ all banking needs (including cross sell)

Understanding competitors very well to outshine them through knowledge and expertise when dealing with clients, to deliver a world class Privilege experience.

Working dynamically / collaboratively to resolve client queries & problems quickly to deliver a world class Privilege experience.

Understanding & implementing in true spirit, ‘know your customer’, (ii) anti-money laundering regulations/policies (Bank’s & Regulatory) to deliver effective controls.

Being a strong and supportive team player, helping the Branch Manager and branch colleagues / branch Ops in delivering Privilege success.

Engaging in new learning, industry best practices, and creative thinking to partner in evolving Privilege as a world class banking experience.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge & Skills:

Graduate from a recognized university (preferably Masters in Business / Related Subject)

Experience Profile:

Min 3 years of banking experience (a professional with exceptional track record may also be considered)

Behavioural Competencies:

High integrity, confident, strong communication (English/Urdu written/spoken), analytical mind, energetic, positive minded, team-player, relationship management skills
