Relationship Associate Acquiring-Digital Banking Group (Karachi)

JOB Description

Sign new merchants as per assigned targets, ensuring smooth onboarding. Deliver merchant cheques and resolve complaints/queries promptly
Install POS machines at new merchant locations and manage replacements for faulty devices to ensure uninterrupted service
Enhance merchant visibility by placing marketing collaterals and maintaining strong relationships to drive business growth
Regularly reconcile merchant accounts, process batch settlements, and resolve complaints efficiently to deliver quality service

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge & Skills:	Awareness of market and industry trends Basic knowledge of cards & acquiring business along with banking practices and procedures
Education:	Graduate from a recognized University (preferably Masters in Business Administration, Banking or in any other related field)
Experience:	Minimum 02 years of experience in acquiring business
