Relationship Manager e-Commerce-Digital Banking Group

JOB Description

Responsible for ensuring MCB eGate’s presence in south region with eCommerce potential clients, fintech partners, enablers & merchants
Responsible for focusing on relationship building with new & existing clients while expanding the reach in the eCommerce market in South region
Responsible for continuous market analysis of eCommerce product & solutions
Responsible for conducting module trainings to MCB Branches and corporate clients, ensuring to provide pre-& post sales services along with end-to-end integration and troubleshooting for clients

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Experience	Minimum 05 years of experience of working for e-Commerce sales & support role in a Bank/Fintech
Skills	Strong communication & interpersonal skills Strong negotiations skills

Minimum Education

Graduate from a recognized University (preferably a Master’s, Bachelors in Business Administration, or any other relevant field)
