Senior Manager Process Optimization

JOB Description

The Process Optimization Manger is responsible for identifying, analysing, and implementing improvements across various operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time, and increase overall productivity. This role requires strong analytical skills, an understanding of process improvement methodologies, and a commitment to driving continuous improvements across the organization

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1	Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in production or service delivery processes.	20%
2	Iimplement strategies to optimize workflows, reduce time, and improve process efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and ensure improvements are sustainable.	20%
3	Lead or support process optimization projects from inception to implementation. Establish project timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes	15%
4	Coordinating with related teams for timely completion of IT tasks	10%
5	Provide training to team members and stakeholders on new process improvements and best practices.	15%
6	Monitor post-implementation performance to ensure the process improvements are maintained and provide corrective actions as needed.	20%

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge and Skills:	Graduate/ Masters & MBA (preferably) Strong analytical & decision making skills Ability to take ownership of strategic tasks Solid & diverse banking knowledge
Experience Profile:	5 years of diverse branch banking experience
Behavioural Competencies:	Fluent in communication – written and verbal Problem solving skills Adaptability with changing environment
