Senior Review Officer / Review Officer

JOB Description

This position is primarily responsible for conducting review of branches, Management Audits as well as Investigations / Special Assignments.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1	Perform audit of areas assigned by Senior Review Manager / Review Manager during Branch’s RAR / Management Audit etc.	50%
2	Discuss audit / review observations of assigned area with Senior Review Manager / Review Manager prior to sharing them with the auditee.	20%
3	Preparation of “Management Action Plan” of area assigned by Senior Review Manager / Review Manager.	15%
4	Consolidation of supporting documents for preparation of Audit File.	15%
5	Any other task (including investigation / other special assignments) assigned by Senior Review Manager / Review Manager.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge and Skills:	Understanding / knowledge of the requirements as to various regulations, policies, procedures, practices and their assessment for adoption by auditee through Audit Procedures.
Experience Profile:	CA Inter / ACMA Finalist / Masters / IBP with minimum credit analysis/review experience of one year; OR CA Articles / Graduate (preferably B.Com) with minimum credit analysis/review experience of three years.
Behavioral Competencies:	Interpersonal & communication skills; positive influencing skills; Team Player; Ability to withstand pressure.
