Sr Manager Digital Transfers & Payments-Digital Banking Group

JOB Description

  • Responsible for developing and executing strategies for driving specific use cases related to transfers & payments including Raast on digital channels. The role also entails setting the roadmap, KPIs and strategy in place to deliver the goals set for the particular use case of transfers/payments on digital channels (app/web)
  • Responsible for working with internal and external teams for delivery of roadmap, monitoring performance, developing growth strategies, forming alliances along with ensuring operational excellence
  • Working closely with cross functional teams to design and define the specific use case for transfers & payments especially Raast and other similar regulatory initiatives to expand the usage on digital channels
  • Ensuring operational excellence is achieved through developing processes and monitoring them
  • Acting as an interface with legal, compliance, audit, internal control, operations, finance, along with ensuring strategies and execution for the set of features under their control are delivered flawlessly which meet key compliance, risk, and controls that are essential to protect both business and customer interests
  • Partnering closely with marketing and PR teams to ensure the experience is positioned appropriately and conveys the value proposition to the customer
  • Define KPI's, monitor, analyze and communicate performance of feature releases. The role also entails the building of dashboards by the assistance of internal teams to track KPI's with the aim of sharing key information with stakeholders on an on-going basis
  • Understanding the product life cycle, product management, and UI/UX for digital channels for driving usage of customers
  • The candidate is expected to be a proficient storyteller, having the ability to compose a story backed by research and data, to convey the product vision, and then present to a wide audience including the senior management

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Education

Graduate from a recognized University (preferably a Master’s, Bachelors in Business Administration, or any other relevant field)

Experience

Minimum 06-07 years of experience of working in digital channels, application growth, strategies, analytics and product management

Skills

  • Knowledge of banking products and services, including its inherent risks
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong people management skills
