Responsibilities

• To oversee and monitor Internal, SBP & External Audits Compliance and promote compliance culture within ITG and other business groups
• To facilitate compliance process in order to identify risk in advance and devise strategy to mitigate the risks.
• To supervise the compliance activity within ITG and ensure timely resolution of highlighted issues.
• Providing support during on-site Audit activity i.e. Scope of Audit, Field work execution as per the audit requisition, System walk through, Wrap-up meeting and other related compliance phases
• Take pro-active measures on continuous compliance monitoring and periodic reviews
• Analyses periodic reports/MIS on compliance status of audit issues and update management accordingly
• Regularly update Compliance Dashboard for onward submission to senior management
• To oversee the internal control matters ad RCSA activity
