JOB Description

This role is responsible to liaise between creative agencies and internal stakeholders of the Bank to design, develop and supply marketing materials such as sales collaterals, advertising campaigns, and event branding to promote the Bank’s Digital Bank Group’s products and identity as per business needs in a timely manner.

To assist & support the line manager in leading the execution of marketing and promotional campaigns, working closely with creative agencies and cross-functional business teams to ensure successful outcomes that are aligned with Digital Banking Team’s strategic goals

To coordinate with the line manager to develop innovative content and comprehensive marketing plans for marketing collateral and branding initiatives with the goal of enhancing the visibility of Digital Banking Group’s products & services

To develop and maintain effective partnerships with creative agencies, overseeing the timely and high-quality delivery of services to meet the expectations of internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes

To develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate the swift implementation of promotional campaigns and related materials, aligning with the agreed business strategy and objectives

To monitor and analyze industry developments and emerging technologies to remain up-to-date and informed, enabling the organization to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive advantage

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

Knowledge and Skills

  • Graduate / Masters with related discipline from recognized Institute.
  • Thorough understanding of various marketing tools and sufficient command on creative conceptualization, digital advertising and development of artwork.
  • Computer Proficient

Experience Profile

3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable organization
