Responsible to coordinate with HRMG with regards to the pre hiring requirements such as arranging interviews of the respective candidate; forwarding of relevant documentation as per policy for issuance of offer letter. Assist the new recruit with post joining requirements under the supervision of line manager |

Preparation of monthly head count report to monitor the headcount of the respective office as per budgeted headcount. Assist line manager with recruitment and development initiatives to find the right candidate for vacant position/s |

Support line manager to keep track of staff movement (transfer/elevation etc.) during their service and ensure the same is updated in HR accordingly. Ensure all exit requirements are complete upon resignation of staff under the supervision of line manager |

Ensure employee credentials are regularly in Harmony through HRM by providing relevant documents accordingly. Record maintenance and relevant MIS / reports & also Manage employee leave records |

Coordinate with L&D in order to ensure training nominations are being sent to them as per TNA. |
