The following key steps will be carried out by the for investment in real estate:

Customer will find a property to purchase
Customer will provide details of property, patment details (Lump sum/installment) & details of the buyer to MCB Bank
Bank will valuate property through PBA approved valuator
Property valuation will be evaluated with respect to SBP guidelines
Bank will obtain "Title Search Report" through lawyer
Bank will process property payment via Bankers Cheque through customer's RDA account
Customer to submit receipts of taxes/duties for property purchase and share copies of same with Bank
